At ARIS TECH ACADEMY, our rich history dates back to early 2007 when we were a small payroll and recruitment business based in Canberra, ACT, Australia. From those modest beginnings, we have evolved remarkably over the years into a Veteran support business to ex ADF professionals. Initially we focused on recruitment, our early work soon extended to assisting veterans through our “Life After Uniform” initiative. This pivotal step marked the beginning of our journey as an organisation dedicated to supporting those who have served our community.

Since our founding, Aris Tech, an ARIS ZINC GROUP Charity, has grown into a comprehensive charitable foundation. Our mission now encompasses not only the military veterans but also other first responder services—including the police and nursing sectors— "Life After Uniforms" assisting them in their transition to civilian life. We are committed to helping these courageous individuals discover new career paths and providing them with the necessary support to thrive beyond their service.

Our work over the years has been instrumental in enabling veterans and first responders to rediscover their professional passions, while also nurturing a growing sense of community and purpose. Through tailored programmes, career guidance, and skills development initiatives, we have ensured that our beneficiaries can adapt and excel in new environments.
